Bolk was founded in Paris in 2019 as a digital design studio with a strive to help makers give birth to functional products with strong personalities.
Working at the intersection of branding and product design, the two founders developed a 6-step process meant rationalize the creative process and to easily bring together multidisciplinary teams. Composed of 60 multidisciplinary designers, no-coders and developers, across 5 different countries, the studio has been slowly turning into a collective striving to empower its community of freelancers and take on more ambitious projects. Across its 3 years of existence, Bolk has collaborated with brands such as Decathlon, Nalo, Panache, WWF, Archilogic, Epsor, Bloomays, Captain Data, Concept, LaGrowthMachine, Masteos, Universal Music, AccorHotels, EDF, Midem, Essilor, Pinterest, Startupinside, Supermood, Ponicode, Launch Mappers, the French Ministry of Finances (via IGPDE) and more.
Throughout the past 6 months we have been striving to nurture and grow the community, by building a library of tools, ressources and training programs meant to simplify the members’ daily work and everyday tasks. We are now looking to launch and expand this community program and build a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) meant to better redistribute tasks, ownership, wealth and empower the members within the collective.

Job Description
As Head of Web Projects you will be in charge of handling our website development projects (mostly built on Webflow) and coordinating the freelancers in charge of implementing them. Fluent in French and English, you are capable of switching from one to the other, both with clients and teams.
Your daily tasks will be:
Client Management
- Receive incoming client requests
- Reply to clients and tackle the needs of their briefs over emails and calls
- Build proposals jointly with the team (creatives, Webflow experts and devs)
Project Management
- Set up the roadmap and project board
- Constitute the project team squads
- Ensure everything is on schedule and everyone has what they need
Web Implementation
- Be the owner of our best practices and technical guidelines
- Assist our Webflow Experts on their technical challenges
- Review their work and ensure the project meets our quality standards before sending the project to the clients.
- Identify the best solutions (eg. plugins, widgets, frameworks, tools or other elements) that will match client's requirements in the most efficient way
Profil recherché
Profile Description
You should be a responsible leader with both a creative and strategic mind and will be working hand in hand with the two founders, as well as the ambassador freelance team.
You come from the web sphere and are:
- either : A Webflow expert looking to lead teams and ambitious projects
- or : A creative dev keen to learn Webflow, push the boundaries of no code, as well as lead teams and ambitious projects
- or : A web designer who has mastered Figma and dynamic components, is keen to learn Webflow and the more technical sides of web implementation, as well as lead teams and ambitious projects
- or : A project manager or product owner who has solid basics in either code, no code of web design, is keen to learn Webflow and the more technical sides of web implementation, as well as continue to lead teams and ambitious projects
- or : Multiple of the above
Preferred Experience
Technical Skills
Either one of the below:
- 5+ websites and knowledge of the tools used by the ecosystem
- 3+ years experience in Business Development, Consultancy, Community Management, CSM, B2B Sales, or other business functions focused on growing and developing a customer base
- 3+ years of experience in the tech industry (SaaS, online marketplaces, web3, tech products or innovation)
Interpersonal Skills
- Fluent French and English speaker
- Strong project management and people management skills
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to convince or sell. This is not a typical “sales management” role, but to succeed you need to be good at bringing people together, onboarding, pitching Bolk, and establishing successful relationships with a wide variety of individuals and companies

Contract & Salary

Salary: Depending on profile, between 25k€ and 40k€/year + potential commission on handled projects.
